Sauce for Wild GameThis is a good marinade for any wild game or meat. 1 pint cider vinegar Juice of 3 lemons 1 ounce black pepper 10 ounces Worcestershire sauce 5 ounces Louisiana hot sauce 1 ounce soy sauce 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Keeps indefinitely. Makes 1 quart. |
